However my EU account is quite expensive overall after all the time and money spent on it, just leaving it just like everything is fine feels very wrong, after almost 5 months my patience is completely gone. I didn't preorder Elsweyr then and started accepting the fact that my ESO times are finally over after all these years, now I've played other games and not even sure if I care to play ESO anymore when I read about all the lagtastic problems on forum. I always got the first response quite fast from the support and everything went fine, then it became a never ending investigation, Elsweyr was my deadline, I asked clear questions and wanted somekind of trust in solving my situation, it didn't feel serious or urgent issue at all even after months.

I know all this, one ticket got closed after 4 days when I didn't notice it, it was during the time when messages weren't so frequent regarding my issue, it got opened again or there was some new ticket so that wasn't any problem. You MUST respond to all emails within 4 days, and wait for them to complete their investigation in full, even if it takes a while. By closing the ticket, you told them to stop trying to fix your account problem.
#CRAB GAME STEAMCHARTS UPDATE#
Can never be sure whether the next update won't make a whole class I'm playing weak and you closed the support ticket, that effectively told customer service that your problem is either resolved, or you have no interest in getting it resolved. I don't like seeing my favourite abilities becoming either useless or change in function, it gives a permanent feeling of uncertainty about the game prospect, even if it might look fine for the moment. It's fun once or twice, but gets old rather quickly, and was one of the reasons why I stopped playing EQ2 and moved to ESO. That reminds me of Everquest II and it's each expac raising the gear power higher, making previous expac's gear obsolete. What I dislike the most though is the frequent game updates which turn many abilities and gear sets upside-down, forcing people to adapt and re-think their gear and skills. Nobody has to utilize it if they don't want to. There is some daily writ grinding to do after playing through all story quests, can get boring though.Ĭrown Store? Meh.

Well, Cyrodiil PvP is terrible, even outside of weekends, and I use to like being there often.
